Job Details
This premier international corporate law firm provides a range of general corporate advice to a wide variety of clients including investment banks, private equity funds, and public and private companies.
The London based Corporate Energy and Infrastructure team is looking to recruit a corporate lawyer to be involved with a broad mix of corporate work, focusing on : private M&A; other corporate transactions such as joint ventures; complex commercial contracts; project development; and utility sector regulation.
You will have Experience in energy and infrastructure and a genuine interest in the sector.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic background with experienced gained at a top tier UK, Australian, New Zealand or other international law firm recognised for its Energy and infrastructure practice.
An attractive relocation and remuneration package is available for solicitors based overseas.
