Job Details
The Corporate team specialises in cross-border corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity transactions, takeovers, IPOs and joint ventures and advises on a mix of corporate strategic transactions and financial sponsor deals across Southeast Asia for the financial services, consumer and technology sectors.
As a result of expansion and growth across the region, the firm is looking for an enthusiastic associate to be a part of the Corporate team. Reporting to the Partners, in this role, you will be advising corporates and financial institutions on a range of public and private M&A transactions, IPO, venture capital funds, general corporate and regulatory work.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent academic credentials
- Singapore bar admission
- NQ-2 years PQE (UK scale)
- Experience within a top tier firm.
