Job Details
An globally acclaimed Private Equity Firm with offices in Luxembourg, London and New York is seeking a mid level MLRO specialist. This firm focuses in leveraged buyouts, growth capital, distressed capital and mezzanine capital Investments in private companies and requires a candidate to offer expertise management of AML/CFT/KYC checks on newly introduced investors.
You will work closely with CEO and General Counsel who advise the Transfer Agency team and other departments. Your position requires you to act as MLRO and take full control of this process for the entire firm.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years AML experience gained within compliance, ideally from the private equity and/or Asset Management sector. Fluency in English is preferred while candidates with Italian would be advantageous. An educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Law OR Economics is required. Candidates already established in Luxembourg or a strong working connection is preferred. An attractive salary, bonus and benefits package is on offer for the right candidate.
