Job Details
This US law firm is looking to expand its superb tax team with the recruitment of a junior lawyer for the London office. The firm's key areas of expertise include private equity transactions, real estate, credit transactions, restructuring and fund formation and advises a range of US, UK and European clients, with a focus on private equity and financial sponsors. Some recent key lateral partner hires have further strengthened this prestigious team which continues to go from strength to strength. Trainee solicitors who are due to qualify in Spring 2020 are being considered alongside lawyers who are more recently qualified, up to 4pqe.
