Our client is a leading specialist law firm, based in Oxford, supporting businesses, entrepreneurs and investors involved in the innovation and technology ecosystem. The firm provides leading-edge legal and commercial advice to clients ranging from start-ups and early phase growth businesses to listed multinationals.
They are seeking to add a talented and ambitious junior/mid-level Corporate/Commercial associate to join their highly respected team.
The team advises entrepreneurs, management teams and investors in relation to the establishment and growth of innovation backed businesses. Such ventures invariably involve technology, including Life Sciences, Fintech, Data, Advertising and Digital Media. The practice covers issues ranging from initial seed funding, venture capital rounds, exit strategies and M&A, in addition to advice on commercial agreements, IP rights, and joint ventures.
You will be a Corporate/Commercial lawyer with experience and training gained from a respected commercial law firm or in-house legal team, and must have an interest in working with entrepreneurial and high-growth clients.
