The Role

This Top 50 firm are looking for a Corporate Associate with a strength within Venture Capital matters to join them in their City of London office.

The Corporate department have a clear visionary 5-year business plan to be the go-to firm for Corporate Technology work across the UK. Already a leading Corporate department, this firm have grown substantially domestically and internationally.

With a vast array of sectors including emerging tech, life sciences and digital businesses you will be exposed to the most exciting projects in the industry. With offices across the globe notably situated in global 'tech hubs' you will work with a portfolio of household names.

The corporate department are notably looking to strengthen their Venture Capital offering, already advising over 90 transactions last year this is a growing sector within the Corporate department. If you are a Corporate solicitor with a particular focus in this area you will receive all the support to further your career.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate solicitor with at least 1+ PQE (There is no upper limit of PQE for this position)
• Worked on both domestic and international matters.
• Strong exposure to VC matters.
• You will have a good technical knowledge.
• Salary is well above market rate and dependent on your level of experience, plus an industry leading benefits package.
