Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner - Chesterfield - £25,000 - £40,000

I am currently recruiting on behalf of an established law firm based in Chesterfield that are looking to appoint a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their Chesterfield office, ideally starting late July. The firm would also consider applications from candidates with longer notice periods.

The firm are looking for a Conveyancer who is able to run a caseload of traditional conveyancing matters. The caseload is a mixed caseload of sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, right to buy and remortgages. The successful candidate is expected to run approximately 80-100 matters. This role is supported by 1 very experienced residential conveyancing assistant.

The following Skills will be demonstrated by the suitable Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner:

* Handling a caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion, which will vary depending upon experience but will include:
* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Strong technical ability and experience in conveyance
* Solid understanding of referrer relationships
* Ability to maintain strong referrer relationships without compromising independence and client care
