Your new role
An in house paralegal or junior counsel opportunity reporting to the legal team being the main point of contact for a wide range of duties. A varied role which would suit a pro-active, commercial and legally astute candidate. You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and advising on all contracts and agreements. Provide general legal advice guiding other departments in the organisation as well as supporting on internal employment matters.

This contract initially is to cover a maternity leave however has every intention to be extended or even made permanent eventually.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a law graduate with ideally 1 years worth of in house paralegal or contract experience. You will be able to start within the next few weeks and be happy to commute to Oxfordshire.
