The Role
This firm is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their flourishing Northampton office.
The firm's conveyancing team find that good results are achieved by working closely with clients and building up relationships of trust and mutual respect. The firm is looking for an individual to hit the ground running and have experience in handling their own caseloads.
You will handle your own Conveyancing caseload so ideally, you'll be able to manage the entire conveyancing process with a busy caseload.
You will ideally be autonomous from instruction through to post-completion, and be able to handle matters surrounding all types of transactions such as leasehold flats, plot sales etc.
Requirements:
- You will be a Conveyancer, able to handle your own caseload (2+ PQE with no upper limit to the level of PQE considered)
- You will have an excellent eye for detail
- You will be experienced in Conveyancing
- Be ambitious and dynamic
- You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate, plus a fantastic bonus structure
- Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
