Their team acts at top-level for sponsors, lenders and governments on large-scale energy and infrastructure projects, PPPs and joint ventures. They have acted as lead counsel on many of the most significant projects in UAE and the wider Gulf across a variety of industries, including oil & gas, petrochemicals, power generation (conventional and nuclear), transportation (airports, rail, ports and roads) and water (desalination, distribution and treatment). They are seeking an individual with top-level project development and/or project finance experience, coupled with sound industry knowledge and superb structuring and negotiation skills.
