IP / DATA LICENSING LAWYER - 3-5 PQE

This boutique City tech firm have an excellent new opportunity for an Associate to join the Data Licensing arm of their leading and thriving London TMT practice. The role will entail assisting clients, especially in relation to financial market data, with their full range of data licensing issues: from large licensing projects related to M&A activity, to guidance on changing data suppliers, to strategic stand-alone licences, to putting in place a data management strategy and drafting the necessary licences, to advising on day-to-day data licensing issues. The firm are accordingly seeking an individual with strong experience in acting for data licensors and/or licensees, including in relation to financial market data.
