This top offshore law firm is seeking a further Associate to join their market leading Investment Funds practice in the Cayman Islands. Acting for leading global financial institutions, investment managers and corporate entities, their work covers a full range of top-level offshore investment funds work throughout the full lifecycle of their client's structures; dealing with fund structures involving companies, limited partnerships, LLCs and unit trusts will all feature. Applicants should ideally have knowledge of hedge fund, fund of fund and/or private equity fund structures; however, individuals with strong corporate/M&A experience and an interest in developing a career in funds are also of interest. Some regulatory experience around investment fund products in the Caribbean would also be a real plus, though is not essential.
