£75,000 - £100,000
The Firm:
This full-service leading Law Firm distinguishes itself on its modern and forward-thinking approach. This Firm builds and maintains a strong relationship with a diverse array of clients, that includes over half of the world's top 50 brands. These clients specialise in a variety of sectors; ranging from new start-ups to market leaders.
The Role:
The technology team is market-leading and is where this Firm has laid the foundation for its growth and success. This team works in TMC and life science.
Your role as a Corporate Lawyer offers a broad scope of work such as M&A and venture capital as well as the opportunity to work alongside a market-leading Partner on transactional and advisory matters.
The successful candidate:
The successful candidate for this position as a Corporate Lawyer will be an enthusiastic and commercially aware individual who has a genuine interest to work in the technology sector.
A strong academic background is a must and the successful candidate will be NQ-3 years PQE. Prior experience dealing with corporate transactions is essential while prior experience in the technology sector is advantageous.
