CORPORATE / M&A LAWYER - 3-5 PQE

This leading US and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their busy and thriving Corporate / M&A team in London. The role will entail an interesting and varied array of top-level work, including advising on public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity investments and corporate restructurings, as well as the corporate elements of equity capital markets transactions. While their practice is broad geographically, big-ticket M&A transactions in emerging markets are a particular feature. Applicants will need to be UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyers with strong experience in major transaction management, drafting of relevant documentation, providing varied corporate law advice and performing legal due diligence. You'll also play a key role in developing business relationships with the firm's key clients, as well as assisting partners and senior associates in winning new business.
