Legal Counsel (2-6PQE), Central London

Our client is a fast-growing technology company who offer their target market cutting edge and innovative technology solutions. Seeking to engage a talented Legal Counsel, you will be ambitious and crave a challenging role that offers an opportunity to work at the heart of business operations.

The position itself will be diverse and have broad responsibilities not only associated with your daily work but also around helping to continue to build multi-jurisdictional legal teams as it propels into its future growth.

You will benefit from working as first hand alongside the Deputy General Counsel developing your skills and expertise working closely with the sales team and management staff across technology and software agreements.

This position also has a unique offering and opportunity to work alongside with the US team wherein you will be seconded to the New York office working closely with sales to assist them to streamline their sales function in line with London Head Office operations. In this respect you will embrace an opportunity to live and work in NY and whilst a US qualification would be great it is not essential.
