Job Details
We have been instructed by a leading global offshore firm looking for a junior to senior level Associate to join their FinTech team in Bermuda.
The role will include advising on domestic and cross-border FinTech matters for start-up businesses to large financial institutions. The team brings together the knowledge and expertise of lawyers from a range of jurisdictions within the FinTech space to provide leading and cutting-edge advice to their clients.
The firm is well-established in Bermuda, and has a dedicated FinTech team currently looking to expand by an ambitious Associate.
The partners are interested in hearing from candidates with at least one year of relevant experience from a leading firm. Candidates with broad corporate and/or commercial experience, ideally with some regulatory knowledge of digital assets, particularly in Bermuda, will also be considered. Bermuda and/or Commonwealth qualified lawyers are welcome to apply.
The firm offers an excellent salary, which is tax free, in addition to an ideal work/life balance that may not be achievable for many Associates in the London market making this a desirable opportunity for any candidate interested in relocating to Bermuda. Sponsorship will also be offered to candidates as required.
