Are you a Corporate Partner looking for a firm that does things differently? The Firm
The firm have grown significantly over the past few years and show no signs of stopping with 2 recent acquisitions, and a total of 500 employees across the country. The Partners have decided that due to ongoing success, they wish to further their offering in Cheltenham and for this reason they are seeking an experienced Partner to join their leading Top 200 UK Firm, who can provide a comprehensive support network.
The Role
They are looking for a Corporate Partner with 7+ years PQE to join their practice.
You will be responsible for working alongside the Corporate Partner on a range of Corporate transactions including: Company Structuring & Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisition and Disposals for a varied client base from Start Ups to International Organisations.
This role will require a level autonomy where you will be leading transactions, meanwhile working as part of a larger team on more complex and high value transactions.
As you will be joining in an exciting growth period, there are outstanding progression prospects on offer as the team grows
Requirements:
- You will be a Corporate Partner with 7+ years PQE
- Client following would be preferred
- Extensive experience dealing with clients directly
- Excellent communication skills both spoken & written
- Highly meticulous and commercially focused
- Track record in business development & marketing the department
