The firm

The role is based in the heart of Birmingham; however, they have a network of offices throughout the country. The firm is known globally for its extensive network of ultra HNW individuals and privately and publicly owned businesses. The practice is multi-service, but they are particularly well-known for their wealth management services and offer a refreshing alternative to the larger, more conventional business law firms.
The role
The firm is seeking to recruit a Family Solicitor into their Birmingham office.
You will be at the forefront of a highly ranked team who have many Lawyers listed as leaders in their field in the Legal 500, working with the other partners to drive the department forward. They support their clients out of their national and international offices.
You will deal with HNW individuals, mainly focussing on ancillary relief as well as some private children work. Although the team is small compared to other much larger departments, they have a friendly, professional and supportive culture.
The department is currently looking to grow given they are very busy.
Requirements
- You will be a Family Solicitor with 0-5 PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to experience)
- You will have technical knowledge
- Experience of managing a team is of advantage but not necessarily essential
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Salary is very competitive, and above market rate, you will also receive an industry-leading benefits package
