SENIOR CORPORATE PSL - U.S. HEAVYWEIGHT

An experienced lawyer who will help to implement and update the Knowledge Strategy for the Corporate & Securities Practice Group ("the Group") in the UK together with projects to meet the Group's knowledge needs, with a special focus on equity capital markets resources; monitor developments in the legal and business environment in order to keep both the Group and its Clients up to date; provide legal and practical expertise to support the Group's practice, both directly and through the mentoring of junior lawyers; help create, develop and manage the Group's collection of standard forms/models, precedents and research materials; help organise, design and deliver Group training; and provide other support as needed.

The role is broad, encompassing knowledge management, mentoring associates, lawyer training, client facing initiatives, creating precedents, thought leadership - this is an all encompassing role. Excellent remuneration - can be f/t or p/t.
