Corporate Lawyer - Fixed Term Contract
We have been instructed by a leading US Law firm who are seeking to recruit an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join them in January to cover the maternity leave of a Senior Associate in their Capital markets team.
The role will be offered on a fixed term basis for 9-12 months.
Sought is an England & Wales or US qualified Lawyer who has upwards of 3 years PQE gained in an leading City or US Law firm, who is available to start in January or February 2020.
Suitable candidates must have significant Capital Markets experience and be able to lead on transactions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded and collegiate team.
