The Role
The firm are looking for a Commercial Partner to join this nationally regarded and acclaimed law firm in Brighton, East Sussex.
The Commercial team works in M&A, procurement, outsourcing, collaboration, business finance, corporate structuring, and joint ventures across a wide range of mid to high transactions and contractual work, all with a variety of banks, companies and clients, as well as private equity houses.
You will lead the Commercial Department, most of whom are high quality Solicitors and Partners; some of the very best in the industry who are ranked in the Legal 500
You will act for corporate clients including large plc's, private equity houses, financial institutions and companies, cross refer work to the other departments, business develop for the firm, and be involved in networking and marketing at an incredibly exciting, forward thinking and innovative firm.
You will be given a huge level of responsibility.
- You will be a Senior Commercial Solicitor or Partner
- You will have excellent examples of team/departmental leadership
- You will have evidence of regularly exceeding billing targets
- You will have experience in a wide range of Corporate/Commercial work
- You will be motivated, ambitious, and a following will be beneficial
