THE FIRM:
Our client is an established regional law firm based in the Thames Valley region.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for a corporate and commercial lawyer NQ-3PQE to join a busy team to handle a broad range
of non-transactional work from joint ventures to share sales and acquisitions.
You will be have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients ranging from an ambitious start-up, growing private business to the UK subsidiary of a multi-national providing them with advice and guidance on a spectrum of issues.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be NQ-3PQE, with strong academics, coupled with evidence of good quality experience gained from a well-regarded UK law firm with a recognised corporate and commercial practice.
You will have sound experience of commercial contracts and will have worked on transactional corporate matters.
You will have a strong business approach and be able to deliver a highly effective, bespoke, commercially focused service.
