This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor to join a heavy hitting, Legal 500 practice based in Brighton, Sussex.
This position would suit an ambitious NQ-4 years PQE looking to make the next step up to heavy hitting, chambers ranked work.

The role
This highly reputable legal 500 practice are looking to strengthen with the addition of a Commercial Solicitor NQ-4 years PQE.
In this position, you will be working within a reputable legal 500 team which is undergoing a real surge of investment and growth. The department is thriving at the moment and are looking to strengthen further.
You will be dealing with high quality levels of work including Commercial Contracts, Shareholder Agreements, GDPR, IT/IP and Sales and Purchases of Businesses. You will be working in one of the region's most reputable teams which is showing no signs of slowing.
You will also be working alongside well-known, reputable solicitors who share a breadth of knowledge over Commercial matters giving you supervision /assistance when required, but also enough autonomy to develop
