Job Details
Unique and exciting role, at this truly global organisation, for a highly experienced commercial IP/IT/Data Protection lawyer.
The ideal candidate will have gained experience at a reputable firm and have strong academic, technical, drafting and personal skills. You will work closely with partners and seniors in the team to grow the practice and must be able to demonstrate an ability to build and develop relationships with clients. Clients are broad ranging and include many in the technology sector, experience of advising clients in the tech start-up sector is desirable but not essential.
You will enjoy a broad range of commercial IP/IT/DP work both transactional and advisory. Ideally applicants with have experience on national and international projects in the following areas: drafting agreements for the supply of goods and services; data transfer, data processor and data-sharing agreements; agency, distributorship, channel and franchise arrangements and IP licensing and research and development agreements.
