This progressive US law firm is seeking a senior associate to join its highly regarded corporate team based in London. The role will involve a broad range of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions across a variety of sectors. This is a great opportunity to work closely with market leading partners within a fast-paced and yet friendly and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will have 5-8 years of post-qualification experience gained at a recognized corporate practice based in London. Experience managing and supervising junior associates as well as business development skills are required for this role.
