Job Details
This well-regarded US law firm is looking for a mid-level associate to join its highly regarded technology group based in London. The new hire will advise emerging technology businesses, venture capitalists, angel investors and syndicates, as well as institutional investors, on a broad range of venture capital matters, from incubation through M&A exits, initial public offerings and other growth opportunities.
The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience gained at a recognised corporate technology practice based in London. Strong academics and venture capital experience are required for the role.
