THE ROLE:
A role has arisen within for a proactive corporate lawyer to join a renowned team with an outstanding reputation for working with global financial institutions.
You will handle a wide range of international corporate matters, advising on some of the most cutting-edge work taking place in the offshore world.
ABOUT YOU:
The successful candidate will be a qualified corporate lawyer 1-4PQE with exceptional academics (Degree 2:1 or above) who will have trained at a top City or international law firm.
A seat within funds, corporate, or banking and finance gained during your training contract would be viewed favourably.
You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to enable you to develop client relationships involving working on a variety of transactional matters.
You will be client focussed, articulate and confident and dedicated to developing an offshore career working with a supportive team environment.
