They are highly ranked in Court of Protection work and they are looking to strengthen further with the addition of a driven, experienced Senior Associate.

The Role
The firm is seeking to hire a new Private Wealth Senior Associate 4+ PQE into their rapidly expanding Oxford office.
Regarded as one of the best firms in the UK for private wealth, you will be joining a multinational firm with a strong focus on HNW individuals and a reputation for some of the highest quality work on the market. The Private Wealth team is a force to be reckoned with 14 fee earners and 7 partners, most with an element of international experience.

- Wealth structuring and succession planning
- Contentious probate and trust issues
- Trust private client and family governance considerations
- Financial planning
Requirements
- You will be a Private Wealth Senior Associate 4+ PQE from a reputable practice and an excellent educational background as well. There isn't an upper limit on PQE as the firm is recruiting across all levels.
- You will have broad experience in Private Wealth work, but experience with HNW individuals is preferred.
- You should have a good technical knowledge
- You should have a good billings history in recent times
- Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of PQE
