Our Client, a Legal 500 and Chambers Ranked firm is looking to strengthen its numbers with the appointment of a Disputes Lawyer.

The Firm

The Team

The Team is one of the largest in the South handling commercial disputes, advising clients from UK and foreign multi-nationals to owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs and other individuals in relation to commercial and wealth-related disputes.  It is a highly experienced partner-level team, supported by a very impressive bench of senior associates and associates.

Litigation services provided include; commercial disputes, domestic/international arbitration, adjudication and expert determination. A number of the Teams lawyers are rated as leading individuals by the legal directories and include qualified mediators, arbitrators and a solicitor-advocates and have been nominated for National Team of the Year in consecutive years.

 The Candidate

As the ideal candidate for this role you should have between 1 and 3 years PQE.  You should have a varied commercial disputes background, coming from a well-regarded law firm with a similar calibre to our client.  As an individual, you should be a self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude, able to work well independently or as part of a team.  You should also have an excellent academic background and be a willing business developer as your role will also include promoting the firm and assisting to grow the property practice.
