Is a very well respected leading professional Medical Body within the United Kingdom operating in a similar way to a trade union to protect, support and represent the interests of the practising professionals within this medical field.

Your new role
As Head of Employment your tasks would be to defend and represent members in a variety of forums including GOC NHSE and High Court proceedings. You will provide direction and consistency to the Employment law advice, through effective working with staff. You will manage the operational performance of the Employment law advice service. You will ensure measures are in place to attract the members who are most in need of and can most benefit from the employment law advice services. You will ensure measures are in place to enable members' issues to be correctly diagnosed and assessed. You will also provide leadership and professional development across the Employment law function. Additionally, you will also monitor the quality of advice provided and data recorded. You will be expected to provide management and supervision to an employment solicitor and a employment paralegal.

What you'll need to succeed
UK qualified solicitor with 6+ PQE (will consider applications outside of this specification) with extensive employment experience.
