This Top 200 UK Firm are looking to hire an ambitious Insolvency Associate 2+ PQE into their office in Oxford.

You will be joining a firm with expertise across contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency. With a client base spanning across financial institutions, directors, shareholders, stakeholders and more, the firm oversee the needs of its private client base as well as national renowned businesses.

An interesting aspect of the role is the international element, which sees the firm supporting cross-border transactions and recoveries.

The work will be a split across; but not limited to; debt trading and exits, partnership disputes and insolvency, bankruptcy and employee and pension issues.

Requirements

• You will be an ambitious Insolvency Associate 2+ PQE from a reputable practice with an excellent track record of education and business development
• You will have experience mentoring and training junior members of the team
• You will ideally have experience dealing with a varied client base.
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE
