Pro-Legal are working closely with an interesting Technology company, looking for a Senior Lawyer to join their Slough based team as Legal Counsel.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse client base including airlines, cruises and technology partners. There is also an interesting aspect of cyber security, revolving around privacy and data protection matters.

This role involves structuring, negotiating and advising on a wide range of matters from commercial contracts, to complex, high value transactions and cutting-edge technology initiatives. You will work closely with the Commercial team and take on an active role handling Intellectual Property/IT matters spanning over 100 countries.

The successful candidate will likely have:

• A strong academic record
• Up to 4 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong experience in Technology law and/or Corporate law and M&A
• A genuine interest in the Technology sector
• Personality fit is key
