This firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their practice in Derby, East Midlands
This firm are looking for an ambitious and driven Commercial Litigation Solicitor wanting to be part of a highly successful team.

The opportunity, for the successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will involve managing a varied case load of commercial litigation matters, to include company shareholder disputes, intellectual property and information technology disputes, insolvency, sports law and defamation claims.

Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 5+ years PQE
- You will have technical knowledge
- Experience of managing a team is of advantage but not necessarily essential
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Salary is very competitive, and above market rate, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
