The Role
The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Property Senior Associate 8+ PQE as part of their Real Estate team into their thriving Oxford location.
You will join a national team of 20+ Partners and 60 fee earners in one of the fastest growing and experienced teams in the UK.
The team are highly experienced with dealing with real estate finance and managing development portfolios, structuring and landlord and tenant matters. However, they also deal with enfranchisement and smaller commercial property work as well.
They act for property entrepreneurs to a wide range of companies, banks, corporates in a range of industries such as social housing, healthcare and educational establishments.
With the Real Estate investment team doubling in size in the last year and social housing having one of the most experienced and specialist teams in the UK. Now is the time to join this international real estate giant.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Senior Associate 8+ PQE to join this Top 200 firm as a Commercial Property specialist.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Senior Associate 8+ PQE
- Experience gained either at a Private Practice dealing with commercial property would be beneficial
- You will receive excellent training and supervision
- You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Competitive salary that is negotiable depending on experience with an excellent benefits package
