Job Details
Our client is a top New York law firm in Moscow, with a Russian Tier 2 Banking and Finance Practice, comprised of 10 lawyers on the ground in Moscow.
The Moscow partners are now looking for an additional junior to mid level 'star' Russian Banking and Finance Associate to join the team.
The workload will largely comprise of general banking transactional work, syndicated lending and project finance deals, both domestic and international, mainly for Russian and international lender clients in the B&F sector.
Requirements for the role:
- Diploma in Law from a good Russian university;
- From 2-5 years experience in Banking and Finance as an associate at another ILF in Moscow;
- Currently Junior to Mid Level Associate;
- Strong team playing and communication skills;
- A 'can do' attitude.
