Exclusive Counsel Level Role – Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyers (5+ PQE) – Top US Firm in London

We have been instructed by a US firm in London looking for a Counsel to join their Restructuring and Insolvency team.

This is a rare and exclusive opportunity for a Counsel to make a lateral move, or for a Senior Associate with at least five years of post-qualification experience to step into a Counsel level role at one of the top US firms in London.

This role has arisen as the firm is looking to expand their R&I practice, and as such the successful candidate will assist in the growth of the team whilst benefitting from the fast-tracked career progression that is available as a result of the current team structure.

The team is well-regarded in the market for working on international and cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters, and is known for offering high-quality work to their lawyers. 

The successful candidate should have gained their R&I experience from a leading international firm in London.  The partners will consider candidates with non-contentious or contentious restructuring and insolvency experience or a mix of both areas for this role as the team undertakes a range of work in this space.
