The Role:
This role offers a high level of client contact where you will get the chance to work with global clients in technology, energy, financial services and manufacturing including tech suppliers, blue chip and institutional clients as well as those seeking innovation and digital solutions.
The TMT team deals with a range of matters including FinTech, MedTech, InfraTech as well as Big Data. This role is predominately focused on commercial technology transactions and offers you the chance to join a market-leading team as a Senior Associate who will be able to take on a strong level of responsibility including being involved in the development of juniors, building and maintaining relationships as well as leading projects from start to finish.
The successful candidate:
The successful candidate for this position as a TMT Lawyer will be a commercially aware individual who enjoys working with a team while also maintaining the ability to forge strong working relationships. For this reason, a strong business development track record is essential for this role. The successful candidate will be those who are enthusiastic about being in a client-facing with lots of interaction in an international setting.
A strong academic background is required, and the successful candidate will have c. 7-10 years PQE. Prior experience of working within the technology sector is required as well as an excellent background handling commercial transaction. The successful candidate will have gained their experience from reputable UK based Law Firm.
