Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor - Matlock - £26,000 - £36,000

The Firm:

The Role

* Due to growth, the firm is recruiting an additional Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or an experienced fee earner to work as part of its growing team
* Handling a caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion, which will vary depending upon experience but will include:
* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Remortgages
* Leasehold flats
* New builds
* Transfers of Equity

Requirements:

* It is essential that you have previously handled your own caseload from inception through to post completion for a minimum of 12 months
* Able to work in a conveyancing department autonomously
