The partners are seeking to recruit a driven and ambitious junior associate to join and play a key role in their market-leading team, which is composed of a series of specialised sub-groups that work together to advise clients on the full range of corporate matters.  This role will thus offer the successful candidate the opportunity to later pursue a strong specialism.

The role undertaken will, at least initially, be primarily focussed on leveraged buyouts high-calibre, blue-chip clients.  Candidates will thus be expected to demonstrate a thorough understanding of these areas at interview.

March 2020 NQ candidates must have acquired strong corporate experience within top-ranked teams during a training contract at a leading international or top City firm.  An exceptional academic background is essential, as is a desire to join a busy, fast-paced and high-performing corporate team.
