This small to mid-sized City firm punches well above it's weight, enjoying a full range of high value corporate work, across M&A, JVs, venture capital and AIM / ECM transactions. The firm enjoys a broad client base, including across fashion, tech, natural resources and financial services.

Continuing to expand, the firm's Corporate practice is looking to recruit an additional midlevel associate to join their existing team of 20+ fee earners. The practice is full of entrepreneurial flare, but is also proud of its supportive and friendly environment. They also offer a good work / life balance with annual chargeable targets set at 1400 hours.

The ideal candidate will have trained and practised with a full service international firm and will be looking to move for a broader role, with higher levels of client contact and good progression opportunities. This individual should also be comfortable supervising more junior members of the team.
