The Role


Because this firm are growing, they are looking for a Construction Litigation Solicitor (NQ) to join their well respected, flourishing Construction Litigation department in their high tech Brighton office, East Sussex.


The Construction Litigation team deal with a range of interesting and varied contentious work across Property Law including: final account recovery, retention recovery, adjudication, general construction, engineering and technology litigation, and contract advice.


As part of the Construction Litigation team, you will assist some of the best specialist Solicitors and Partners in the area, as well taking on interesting cases yourself, across Construction Law Litigation.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Newly Qualified Solicitor with some experience in Construction or Construction Litigation Law
  • You will work well as a team, but be able to handle matters with your own initiative
  • You will be motivated and driven
  • You will be client focused
