Paralegal/Trainee Solicitor - Financial Services - Kent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal within a specialist retailer.

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal documents including corporate governance docs e.g. board minutes
  • Assist in all aspects of the planning, preparation and execution of board meetings including preparing agendas and other corporate governance materials
  • Dealing with KYC requests and on boarding of new counterparties
    • Skills Required:

  • Some knowledge or experience of working within the financial sector would be beneficial
  • Some corporate governance or company secretary experience would also be ideal
  • Often has access to sensitive information so needs to be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Good organisational skills - are often working to deadlines
