Construction Solicitor - 3+, London

New! - our client are a leading Legal 100 firm with an outstanding reputation for construction, engineering, and infrastructure matters. Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Construction Associate to join the team and assist on non-contentious matters (primarily) based in their London office. A good working knowledge of the various JCT form contracts, their amendments and market norms is ideal, as is a willingness to advise on bespoke, complex agreements. Experience of procurement and contracting strategies, funding and financing agreements, contract tendering and frameworks and security documentation including advance payment bonds is essential.

The team have multiple fee-earners highly ranked in the legal directories and the firm are recognised for it's collegiate and supportive culture. This position would suit an ambitious individual looking for city quality work with flexibility to work from home.
