Our client is a Top 100 law firm with an enviable reputation for its client base which is both regional and national, and which includes household names in the house builder and development sector. To join their Newcastle office they are looking for a 5+ PQE residential development lawyer to join their close-knit team undertaking taking a wide range of matters including conditional contracts and transfers, collaboration agreements and development agreements, and conditional options, with a focus on high value residential development and investment projects.

The firm is looking for an applied and enthusiastic candidate with a decent base of experience in Residential Development work. Coupled with this knowledge and approach they want someone genuinely committed to a career in the North East, and so this required essential combination of ability and commitment means that the firm is prepared to be objective to assess candidates on their own merits and across a range of PQE levels - they know that it is a tough recruitment market and they are committed to making an appointment.
