The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Corporate Lawyer into their modern and newly refurbished Warwick office.

The department is ranked highly in the legal 500 and the team is one of the largest nationally. The team is dynamic and punches well above their weight.

The broadness and variety of work will make for an interesting role. The caseload will include; Sales and purchases of businesses and companies, business formations, funding including private equity and venture capital, management buyouts, public company mergers and acquisitions, stock exchange listings and fund raisings, joint ventures and other strategic, partnerships, corporate reorganisations, corporate governance, company secretarial services.

You will be given excellent training and investment, to help you grow and develop as a Corporate Lawyer.

You will work on the non-contentious side dealing with an excellent quality of work.

Requirements

  • You will be a Corporate Lawyer with between 2-6 years PQE
  • You will have good commercial awareness and strong drafting skills
  • A meticulous eye for detail is essential
  • Salary is competitive and dependent on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
