March 2020 NQs – Corporate Real Estate role at a Venerable US Firm in London

We are working with a highly prestigious New York headquartered firm in London, and an opportunity has presented itself for March 2020 qualifiers to join the Corporate Real Estate team.   

The work on offer is ultimately corporate-oriented, but focusses on real estate acquisitions, joint ventures and dispositions, particularly in the context of private equity.  As such, the team advises a client-base of substantial variety, including some of the highest calibre private equity firms and fund sponsors.

With that in mind, candidates must have completed a Corporate or Private Equity seat at a leading international firm in London – a Real Estate seat would be added bonus, but it is not essential by any means. 

Given the firm’s international outlook, the candidate will benefit from high-quality and high-profile, cross-border work that will serve to enhance professional development.

The work is accompanied by a truly lucrative salary, as the firm’s salary rates are pegged at the ‘Cravath’ Scale, the highest the market has to offer – for NQs, they can expect a salary of £140,000+.

While it is relatively early in the process, the firm is already considering March 2020 NQs and actively encouraging those who are interested to enter the process as soon as possible.
