Construction Solicitor

Errington Legal have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction lawyer to join a regional firm in their dynamic and growing Construction team. The role can be based in either of their offices in Norwich, Cambridge or Milton Keynes.

The team specialise in all aspects of construction law from strategic procurement advice to dispute resolution.

The successful candidate will have around 2+ year PQE, and should have a good understanding of contentious construction law including experience of adjudications. 

The role will also include dealing with non-contentious matters such as advising on, drafting and negotiation of building contracts, warranties, professional appointments and bonds. You will enjoy a high quality and varied workload, and will be exposed to a wide range of clients from property developers to contractors and higher education bodies to private individuals. 

You will also be expected to show a keen interest in business development andthe growth of the firm and wider Construction team.
