Full or part time (requests for flexible arrangements considered for the right candidate)
Our client specialises in planning law and needs an experienced disputes-oriented solicitor for an expanding caseload.
Whilst they are based in Cambridge they work nationally to further the protection of the environment. They have a range of public and private law cases covering a wide variety of mainly environmental and planning issues, dealt with in judicial review, planning hearings and inquiries, and other courts. Many cases progress to the Court of Appeal and beyond.
Ideally you will have 3-6 years PQE in a contentious planning team either in private practice or central or local government.
