A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced tax lawyer (3-8 years qualified) to join this leading international law firm in London.

The Tax practice is hugely profitable and specialises in stand-alone international corporate tax work. The team is friendly and down to earth and are very proud of their client facing approach. BD and client entertainment is encouraged, as are international secondments to the firm's European offices.

This role will suit an experienced tax associate who is looking for more varied and interesting work and to move away from corporate support. It is typical for associates in this team to enjoy a full mix of finance, real estate, energy, corporate and insurance tax related work. The firm offers a generous and very achievable bonus scheme and the Tax team stress importance on it's lawyers having a good work / life balance and agile working.

This practice has had proven success in hiring foreign qualified corporate tax associates and they are willing to support Australian, New Zealand and South African qualifiers in the transition to UK tax law. They also welcome UK qualifiers who are seeking a broader and more fulfilling workload.

This is a very unique role as part of a recognised Tax team, which would suit an ambitious lawyer who is motivated by a varied, and predominantly advisory focused workload, and good career progression opportunities.
