**MAGIC CIRCLE FIRM** Finance Associate NQ-3PQE

A Magic Circle firm are looking to grow their market-leading Finance group with the hire of a solicitor between the NQ-3PQE mark. The firm are looking for an individual who is looking to be exposed to a broad array of Finance work and in return the firm can offer an extremely competitive remuneration package and significant exposure to high-value international work.

The work on offer is complex and challenging and the firm's Partners aim to give their junior associates as much client contact and responsibility as they are ready for. The practice consists of over fifteen Partners with the new joiner working closely with several different Partners across the group and gain exposure to a wide array of different Finance work which is imperative for a junior lawyers development. The role will involve advising on acquisition, leveraged, asset, structured and project finance as well as DCM transactions and securitisations.

To be considered at the NQ level, a completed training contract at a Silver Circle, Magic Circle or US firm would be highly advantageous. Those who are above the NQ level will likely have post-qualification experience at an established City, International, MC/SC or US firm. A strong academic record is a prerequisite to be considered for this vacancy.
